I had a fabulous stay at the hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms offering a spacious and pristine garden view. The staff, especially Mr Mosatfa, Mrs Nourhan from Guest Relations, and Mr Amr from reservations, were incredibly helpful and spoke multiple languages. The dining experience was excellent, with a delicious variety of options and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience! The location is just a few meters away from the wonderful golden sandy beach overlooking crystal clear turquoise water. The rooms were cosy, clean, and between sea view & partial view rooms, offering a big and comfortable space even though it was the standard one. The service was top-notch, with staff like Nourhan, Adel, and Amr being very nice and helpful, offering a range of excellent facilities. The location was amazing, with a pool next to each section and lots of entertainment options. The dining experience, although with limited items, tasted good and was up to the standards expected from such a hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay!
